Biography
Prior to joining the FARSCOPE programme I studied at the University of Nottingham where I became interested in mechatronic systems and their impact on society, business and the wider world. I graduated with a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and began work at a medical engineering company, focusing on the development of automated manufacturing machinery and testing systems. I’m particularly interested in the application of robotic systems in ‘real world’, unstructured environments and will be beginning a project in the development of robots for nuclear decommissioning.
