First year project title: Investigating Legged Locomotion on Granular and Rocky Terrain for Multi-model Robotic Exploration

Biography

I have always had a strong fascination with robotics, even as a child when I would eagerly dismantle my toy robots to gain a better understanding of their inner workings. This passion led me to pursue an undergraduate course in Mechatronic Engineering at the esteemed University of Manchester. One aspect of this field that particularly interests me is the convergence of electronics and mechanical structures. 

Furthermore, I was fortunate enough to secure a summer internship at the University of Manchester, where I contributed to the development of a 3D manufacturing rig that utilized light to cure resin. 

I am currently preparing to work on a summer research project centered around the exploration of robotic legged locomotion across granular and rocky terrain.
